Join the Green Snoqualmie Partnership as we work to manage the forest growing at the trailhead of the Deep Creek Trail, Snoqualmie Ridge’s connector to the Snoqualmie-Preston Regional Trail down below, at Azalea Park. We will be removing invasive weeds that have begun to grow at this forested edge and care for plants previous volunteers have planted. It is vital that we care for sites like this and prevent aggressive weeds from establishing along trailheads where they can spread deeper into the forest; weed seeds are known to hitchhike in the shoes of unknowing hikers. Join us in protecting our community’s forests!
