Volunteer in Shoreline at Twin Ponds Park!

September 21, 10:00 am12:00 pm

Shoreline

Have fun, do good, and get involved with the Green Shoreline Partnership! Join the Master Native Plant Stewards at the north end of Twin Ponds Park for a fun morning alongside your friends, burn some calories, and help to keep our forests green and healthy! We’ll be removing invasive weeds to make room for trees and native plants to thrive.

Everyone can help! All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary. We provide all of the tools and training needed. Friends and family members are welcome but please RSVP for all members of your party to help us plan for a great event.

To RSVP for this event, please contact NorthTwinPondsRestoration@gmail.com or call us at 206-905-6924.

When: Saturday September 21st 10:00am -12:00pm

Where: Twin Ponds Park, 16501 N 155th St, Shoreline, WA 98133

What to Bring: A water bottle, a snack if you want one, and tough clothes, and shoes that can get dirty (because they will!), including long pants and a long-sleeved shirt to protect against prickly blackberry. Closed-toed shoes are required: work boots, hiking boots, or running shoes are all fine. Remember to check the weather and bring appropriate layers and rain gear or sun protection as needed.
