SUMMARY:Stewardship at East Sunset Trailhead with Green Issaquah
DESCRIPTION:Join Green Issaquah this Spring to steward East Sunset Trailhead. We planted over 100 new native species in February\, lets help these new plants get established through continued care. We will be making sure ivy and other aggressive weeds don’t overgrow on them and clearing more space for potential plantings in the fall. \n  \nTools\, gloves\, and instruction will be provided. \nThis event is open to people of all ages and abilities. \n  \nGreen Issaquah Partnership Vision: A city with healthy forests that provide high-value habitat for wildlife and access for residents and visitors to experience nature\, supported by an aware and engaged community that is working together to restore and care for these lands. \nLearn more about the Green Issaquah Partnership
