Join students from Waskowitz Environmental Leadership School (WELS) as they continue their urban forestry project on their school campus.  This project aims to empower students to engage peers and local residents in urban forestry projects that improve human health, student learning, civic engagement and watershed resilience.

We will be removing ivy and blackberry, caring for newly planted plants, supporting urban garden projects and removing litter.

No experience necessary. Tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided.
