Spring shrubs are blooming in Twin Ponds Park, where volunteers have removed weeds and planted plants native to this area. In May, we will work in a wetter part of the woods beside a branch of Thornton Creek. We may add some Lupine to a dryer area along First Avenue and continue weeding along First Avenue where the weeds once grew to four feet. Come be a part of the environmental restoration and enjoy the beauty and peace of the woods!
