Meet David Leon and India Clark
David has joined Forterra as the Vice President of Real Estate Transactions. He has been involved in the acquisition, development, financing, construction and sales of over 1,900 units of residential housing in Western Washington.
Before that, David was a practicing attorney for the City of New York, and human resources manager at Eddie Bauer and the Port of Seattle. He will be managing Forterra's conservation transactions, stewardship, and community real estate development projects.
India has joined Forterra as the Senior Managing Director of Community Real Estate. She brings 15 years of multi-disciplinary real estate experience in commercial real estate including investment sales, asset management, ground-up development, and fund administration. India will manage Forterra's community real estate projects.
