By attending the aforementioned Forterra event I hereby agree and give my consent for myself to appear in photographs, videotape, sound recordings, television, film, print and electronic media promoting, advertising and representing Forterra. I waive all claims for compensation. My image and statements referring to me may be used with or without identifying me. Forterra may authorize any newspaper, company or other organization to use, publish and republish or exhibit said images or statements in the promotion of Forterra’s fundraising campaign or any of its activities.
